Meet Our Newest Redken Color Specialist!
I knew that I wanted to become a Redken Certified Haircolorist when I attended my first class at The Redken Exchange. The Redken Exchange is Redken’s training facility on 5th Ave inNew York City. After taking just one class there, I left inspired and wanting more. I love learning, so I signed up for more classes (a lot of them!) at The Redken Exchange. There, I met a few certified stylists and I really looked up to them as leaders. I aspired to be where they were in their careers as stylists. I too wanted to be the best that I could be.
I committed and after years of preparation, the next step in my career was to finally take the Redken Color Certification Exam. To become a Redken Certified Haircolorist, stylists must pass a comprehensive written, practical and scenario test based on haircolor principles, creative color, foil placement, color correction and brand knowledge.
Being a Redken Certified Haircolorist sets me apart from other stylists.   It really solidified my knowledge of hair care and color. I have joined an elite group of professionals that are recognized for their knowledge and dedication to their career and Redken as a brand.
I am so excited to share this news with my loyal clients and let the world know, via this blog, that I was scared, but I DID IT!
